Job summary

Royal Sonesta New Orleans is seeking a PJ's Coffee Attendant to welcome guests, educate them on coffee options, and craft a variety of beverages along with pastries.

You will follow Sonesta service standards, assist with upselling, handle cash and point-of-sale transactions, stock, clean, and maintain health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced outlet.

This full-time role requires reliability, teamwork, and a passion for guest service in a vibrant hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience or training preferred.
