Starting compensation ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, with a schedule of M-F 11am-9pm and open-to-close on Fridays. This role emphasizes leadership, inventory planning, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college/2-year degree preferred.
• 2–3 years warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations and staff.
• Recruit and interview new team members.
• Coordinate loading, receiving, and inventory control.
• Maintain safe, OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Train team on handheld scanner and procedures.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Assist in compiling daily indicators and paperwork.
• Create weekly loading schedules for departments.
• Audit readiness and 5S compliance.
