Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. You will help ensure friendly, fast service and great food in a clean, inviting environment.

As part of the Operations Team you will greet guests, take orders, process payments, operate the POS, prepare food, stock supplies, and maintain health and safety standards. We value dependable, customer-focused team players aged 16+ (18 for opening/closing) with good math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible work availability.
• Minimum age of 16 years; 18 for opening/closing shifts.
• Documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Previous customer service work experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments and address issues.
• Operate cash register/ POS and use suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers and managers.
• Verify order accuracy; prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, dining area, restrooms and surroundings; stock inventory.
• Maintain health and safety standards; work across multiple stations.
• Attend shifts reliably and follow uniform/grooming rules.
• Collaborate with management to resolve restaurant issues and support the team.
