Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Laredo is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations, delivering friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will work with Restaurant Managers and teammates to maintain standards, greet guests, take orders, handle payments, prepare food, stock supplies, and support health and safety practices. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and flexibility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices, and uses suggestive-selling to generate additional sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies order accuracy.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen areas, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Attends shifts punctually and reliably.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Collaborates with management to resolve issues.
• Learns team skills and works toward team goals.
