• Previous customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and address issues.
• Operate cash register or POS devices, with suggestive selling.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify order accuracy.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, counters, prep areas, utensils, dining room and restrooms.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Stock inventory and unload items as needed.
• Work at multiple workstations and attend shifts on time.
• Follow grooming and uniform policies; collaborate with management.
