Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment. You will work with managers and teammates to uphold standards while contributing to a positive guest experience in Weslaco, TX.

General responsibilities include greeting customers, handling orders and payments, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; 18+ for opening/closing shifts.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Flexible work availability and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and receive orders, process payments, and address issues.
• Operate cash register or POS and use upsell techniques to boost sales.
• Verify order accuracy and prepare/package food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Uphold Health and Safety standards and stock inventory as needed.
• Attend shifts reliably and follow uniform and grooming policies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues and support team goals.
