Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare grab-and-go items, sandwiches, salads and other simple fare following recipes and guidelines.
• Station Maintenance: Keep cooking stations and areas clean and organized while following safety practices.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional service and accommodate dietary needs.
• Inventory Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies and report shortages or equipment issues.
• Collaboration: Work with student cooks and dining staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow Middlebury College safety, security and confidentiality guidelines.
