Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an energetic Team Washington, Inc. associate to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives related to sales, costs, employee retention, service quality and sanitation.

You will deliver outstanding service and maintain image standards to ensure high customer satisfaction at a fast-paced store. Key duties include supporting the Manager on Duty, greeting customers, handling orders, overseeing cash, inventory, and shift scheduling, and ensuring food

Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with management and customers; able to take and process orders.
• Strong multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with management and team members; adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to lead the team on duty and manage shift tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders professionally and promptly.
• Oversees cash management duties; counts down registers and processes daily reports.
• Assists management with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Cross-trains and coordinates scheduling with team members for seamless service.
• Prepares and serves pizzas and other menu items; ensures quality and safety standards.
• Upsells additional products to customers and maintains POS accuracy.
