Domino's Pizza is seeking a Supervisor to assist in daily oversight, coordination, and execution of sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and food quality standards in our Washington, DC metropolitan area operations.

You will oversee team members, ensure brand standards, assist in opening/closing and scheduling, and support general manager objectives. This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Formación

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cash handling and monetary change accuracy.
• Ability to lead the team on duty.

Responsabilidades

• Understands policies, procedures, standards and training initiatives to oversee store in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensures customers feel welcome, and team members are responsive, courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervises that food and products are consistently prepared and served according to brand standards.
• Assists in scheduling labor by anticipated activity and ensures staffing when needed.
• Maintains professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing related publications.
