RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager (02562) for a part-time role at 5603 Michigan Rd Suite B in Indianapolis, IN. The job emphasizes leadership in store operations, shift management, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting the General Manager.

You will complete RPM and Domino’s training, lead teams on shift, and help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a busy environment. This position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training programs (e.g., Pizza College).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate ovens and other kitchen equipment.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
