Job summary

Stoner's Pizza Joint in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome guests and help serve America’s Best Pizzas. You will take orders at the front counter and over the phone, enter orders in the POS, process payments, and provide product information with a positive attitude.

You will work with the restaurant team to keep daily operations running smoothly in a clean, inviting environment. Training and ongoing coaching will help you grow with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders in person and over the phone.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Process customer payments and handle transactions.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns to the best of your ability.
• Respond to customer complaints calmly, respectfully, and professionally.
• Promote our products and company in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
• Provide customers with a pleasant and inviting experience.
• Receive hands-on training and in-the-moment coaching to develop your skills.
• Assist management with daily store operations and other assigned tasks.
• Prepare customer orders and assist with kitchen preparation when needed.
• Bag, box, wrap, and distribute completed orders accurately.
• Hand completed orders to customers and third-party delivery representatives.
• Clean, maintain, and stock the showroom, work areas, and kitchen.
• Follow all company rules, policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to help ensure efficient and friendly restaurant operations.
