Job summary

Qualifications

• Take customers' orders in a positive manner and answer questions
• Use suggestive selling techniques with every call
• Answer the phone on the first ring and avoid putting customers on hold
• Complete orders timely, neat, and accurate
• Maintain phone and customer area cleanliness and assist in production when needed
• May assist in folding boxes and stocking makeline and soda coolers
