Responsibilities

• Take the customers order in a positive manner and answer questions.
• Use suggestive selling techniques with every call.
• Answer the phone on the first ring and avoid placing callers on hold.
• Complete orders timely, neat, and accurate.
• Keep the phone and customer area clean at all times.
• Repeat every order back to the customer and inform delivery time.
• Thank the customer and state the order time.
• Assist carry-out customers as directed by the manager.
• Assist in making pizzas when possible and stock makeline and soda coolers.
• Take carry-out payments if requested by the manager in charge.
• Maintain Domino's image standards.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance with the safe delivery specialist.
• May help fold boxes and box-topping boxes.
