Job summary

PM Hotel Group, in Washington, DC, is seeking an &Pizza shop crew member for Hotel Hive’s dining team. You will craft and serve customized pizzas, provide attentive guest service, and help create a warm, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a non-exempt team member reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll keep ingredients known, anticipate guests’ needs, and uphold safety and quality standards while standing and moving most of the shift. Competitive hourly pay.

• Quickly attend to guests, anticipate their needs, keep drinks filled and deliver a memorable experience
• Be familiar with all ingredients + menu items to best navigate the guest experience
• Think on your feet, use good judgement and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Serve up tasty, personalized pizzas
• Create a warm and welcome atmosphere
• Adhere to food handling + security safety standards
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and be on your feet regularly

Job description

We are looking for an &Pizza shop crew member, who takes pride in crafting perfect pies and providing our guests with an unforgettable, elevated experience. Our high standards in food preparation and quality, coupled with teamwork and guest satisfaction make the pizza experience best in class. The ideal candidate is organized, thrives in a fast paced environment, and approaches challenges with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Most importantly, you'll create personalized, memorable experiences for every guest by delivering attentive and engaging service. This is a non-exempt position and reports to the Director of Food & Beverage. Pay rate is $18-19/hour.
