Modus by PM Hotel Group is seeking a pizza shop crew member in Washington, DC. This non-exempt role supports crafting perfect pies and delivering an elevated guest experience under the Director of Food & Beverage. The position is full-time, on-site, with a pay rate of $18-19/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to guests
• Be able to craft and serve our customized pizzas
• Quickly attend to guests, anticipate their needs, keep drinks filled, and deliver a memorable experience
• Be familiar with all ingredients and menu items to best navigate the guest experience
• Think on your feet, use good judgement and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Create a warm and welcome atmosphere
• Adhere to food handling and safety standards
• Lift at least 30 pounds regularly and be on your feet regularly
