Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a focused team, uphold product quality and customer service, and manage costs while delivering great guest experiences.

You will open and close shifts, train staff, support local promotions, and contribute to growth as we open new locations. Benefits include competitive compensation and employee perks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors and values.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties to team members.
• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
