Marco’s Pizza is seeking a shift leader to guide daily operations, ensuring top-quality product and exceptional guest service. You will open/close shifts, lead a team, manage labor costs, and promote our brand standards while maintaining accurate cash handling and deposits.

You will train staff on company processes and updated policies, support promotions, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and ensure outstanding product quality and customer service.
