Job summary

Blaze Pizza - Magnolia Ave in Riverside, CA is hiring Shift Leaders to maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere and guide shifts to success as guests build artisanal pizzas fast-fired in our blazing hot oven for quick service.

You will lead by example, coach others, and collaborate with team members to ensure GREAT pizzas and a stellar guest experience in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing guests with GREAT pizzas, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for Guests
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other Team Members and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more Team Members

Responsibilities

• Taking orders, preparing, and firing GREAT pizzas that are in line with company standards
• Operating a point-of-sale system and cash handling
• Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items, and maintaining a clean make line
• Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service
• Take initiative and act as a role model to others.
• Enjoy working as a team and motivating others.
