Blaze Pizza - Riverside Plaza Dr in Riverside, CA is seeking Shift Leaders who keep a positive, upbeat attitude and guide your team to fast, friendly guest experiences as guests build their own pizzas.

Pizzas are made with artisanal ingredients and fast-fired in our blazing hot oven; you’ll help maintain standards, cash handling, and a lively, team-focused environment. We offer meal discounts and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing guests with GREAT pizzas, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for Guests
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other Team Members and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more Team Members

Responsibilities

• Taking orders, preparing, and firing GREAT pizzas that are in line with company standards
• Operating a point-of-sale system and cash handling
• Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items, and maintaining a clean make line
• Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service
• Take initiative and act as a role model to others.
• Enjoy working as a team and motivating others.
