Marco’s Pizza, operated by Hoogland Restaurant Group, seeks a dynamic shift leader to guide a diverse team on busy shifts. You will open and close, assign duties, monitor service speed and product quality, and ensure security and cash handling procedures are followed.

You will train crew on processes and policies to sustain a world-class operation. You will support local promotions, control food costs and waste, and resolve guest issues with a focus on happiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties.

• Manage food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
