Prairie Pizza, a Domino's franchise in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, motivate a pizza-loving team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

You will hire and train staff, manage inventory and schedules, enforce food safety, resolve customer issues, and develop initiatives to improve profitability in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• A love for pizza is a definite plus!
