Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Parma, OH is seeking an Inside Team Member to support fast-paced guest service and pizza preparation. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and help assemble high-quality pizzas with attention to food safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and excel in teamwork and communication. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to keep the operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally
• Preparing fresh dough and ingredients
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards
• Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
