Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes.
• Wash, cut, slice, chop, and prepare vegetables and other items.
• Prepare toppings, sauces, dough for daily operations.
• Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients.
• Maintain appropriate food quantities during the shift.
• Assist with preparing ingredients for orders.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized preparation area.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Assist with stocking and organizing food and supplies.
• Monitor ingredients and notify when supplies run low.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and closing duties.
• Receive coaching and hands-on training.
• Assist management and others with daily tasks as needed.
• Work efficiently and communicate with kitchen during busy periods.
