Stoner's Pizza Joint is seeking a dependable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare ingredients, follow recipes, and help ensure pizza toppings, sauces, dough, and supplies are ready for daily operations.

You will label, store, rotate ingredients, maintain cleanliness, assist with stocking, and work with the crew to deliver fresh, high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to company recipes and standards.
• Wash, cut, slice, chop, and prepare vegetables and other food items as needed.
• Prepare pizza toppings, sauces, dough, and other ingredients for daily operations.
• Properly label, date, store, and rotate prepared ingredients.
• Maintain appropriate food quantities throughout the shift.
• Assist with preparing ingredients for customer orders.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary preparation area.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils, containers, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with stocking and organizing food, supplies, and storage areas.
• Monitor ingredients and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Help with kitchen cleanup and closing duties as assigned.
• Receive in-the-moment coaching and hands-on training.
• Assist management and other Team Members with daily restaurant tasks as needed.
• Work efficiently and communicate with the kitchen team during busy periods.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
