Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Wash, cut, slice, chop, and prepare vegetables and other food items.
• Prepare pizza toppings, sauces, dough, and other ingredients for daily operations.
• Label, date, store, and rotate prepared ingredients.
• Maintain appropriate food quantities throughout the shift.
• Assist with stocking and organizing food, supplies, and storage areas.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Keep preparation area clean, organized and sanitary.
• Assist with daily restaurant tasks and communication with the kitchen team.
• Work efficiently and communicate during busy periods.
