Colonial Country Club in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an experienced Pizza Master to join our culinary team. You will prepare dough, sauces and toppings, manage pizza oven operations, and consistently deliver high‑quality pizzas for members and guests.

• Work experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant.
• Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough.
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven.
• Understanding of food hygiene.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom order.
• Bake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust, and cheese stuffed.
• Make fresh tomato, pesto, and white cream sauce.
• Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and mushrooms).
• Cut, slice, and grill meats like chicken, ham, and beef.
• Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed.
• Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.

Compensation:

$25.00 hourly

Overview:

Colonial Country Club is seeking an experienced Pizza Master to join our culinary team. Responsibilities include preparing dough, sauces, and toppings; managing pizza oven operations; and consistently delivering high‑quality pizzas for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, experienced in pizza preparation, and committed to food safety and teamwork. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
