Pizza Tascio, a nationally recognized pizzeria, is seeking experienced pizza makers who take pride in every pie they produce. As a Tascio Pizza Maker, you will hand-stretch dough, top pizzas with speed, manage oven rotation, and maintain a clean workstation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as a pizza maker in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens.
• Proven dough spinning, topping precision, and oven control skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Positive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Hand-stretch and shape dough to 18 inches.
• Layer and top pizzas with speed and consistency.
• Manage oven rotation and loading.
• Maintain a spotless, organized, food-safe workstation.
• Collaborate with kitchen team in a high-volume environment.
• Engage directly with customers on the slice line.
• Uphold exacting standards of quality and presentation.
