Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least sixteen years old and able to pass background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and take orders accurately.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares pizzas and other menu items and measures ingredients.
• Follows food safety procedures for preparation, assembly, and presentation.
• Assist with bagging and tagging orders and deliver to customers' cars or drivers.
• Greet customers in person or by phone and take orders promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Operate the POS system for order taking and transactions.
• Handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain clean, stocked work stations and display cases; restock as needed.
• Communicate clearly with management and team; resolve complaints professionally.
• Adhere to quality standards and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
