Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior ability to multi-task.
• Ability to handle orders and monetary transactions accurately.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
• Measures ingredients for items.
• Follows safety procedures for food prep, assembly and presentation.
• Bagging and tagging orders.
• Delivering to customers' cars or to delivery drivers.
• Greets customers and takes orders professionally.
• Provides excellent customer service and information on menu and specials.
• Upsells additional products.
• Operates the POS system for order taking.
• Communicates with management and team members.
• Handles currency and credit transactions precisely.
• Builds loyal customers through friendly service.
• Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
• Cleans, stocks, and restocks work stations and display cases.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Packs, weighs, and labels products.
• Notifies supervisor of shortages.
• Adheres to quality standards and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned
