Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking team members to deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will help prepare pizzas, measure ingredients, handle orders, and assist with delivery or car-side service when needed.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, upselling products, and ensuring accurate cash handling while maintaining clean work areas and stock levels. No prior experience required beyond willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Pass background checks as required by the company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Delivers excellent service, product and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
• Measures ingredients required for specific items being prepared.
• Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation.
• Help with bagging and tagging orders
• Runs food out to customers, cars, or delivery drivers
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders professionally.
• Provides information regarding menu and specials.
• Upsells additional products
• Operates POS system for order taking
• Maintains cleanliness and stocking of work stations and display cases
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas
