Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake made-from-scratch pizzas.
• Ensure only quality products are served.
• Load/unload pizzas to/from oven.
• Follow recipe portions, trimming, and garnishing guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Maintain a clean work environment and safe practices.
• Assist with dough making, rolling, and prep as needed.
• Follow sanitation procedures and store chemicals safely.
