Job summary

Domino’s is hiring entry-level Team Members for in-store positions to greet customers, take orders, make pizzas, and keep the store clean and stocked. No prior pizza or restaurant experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided.

As a Team Member, you will handle front-counter service, pickup window duties, and order accuracy while maintaining fast-paced efficiency and strong customer service. Flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must meet applicable minimum age requirements for employment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to use a computer, keyboard, touchscreen, and telephone.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Answer phones and provide helpful customer service.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Domino’s standards.
• Stretch dough, add toppings, cut and box finished products.
• Verify orders for accuracy before giving them to customers or delivery drivers.
• Handle cash and customer payments accurately.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Wash dishes and clean equipment.
• Sweep, mop, take out trash, and complete general cleaning tasks.
• Restock ingredients, boxes, beverages, and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Work with a sense of urgency during busy periods.
• Support teammates wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly
