Job summary

Domino's in-store Team Member position seeks friendly, dependable individuals to greet customers, take orders, and prepare pizzas. You will work at the front counter and pickup window, with duties including cash handling and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. No prior pizza or restaurant experience needed; training provided.

You’ll join a fast-paced team, with opportunities to learn customer service and food preparation skills, and potential growth within the store.

Qualifications

• Must meet applicable minimum age requirements for employment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Read and follow written instructions.
• Use a computer, keyboard, touchscreen, and telephone.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Answer phones and provide helpful customer service.
• Prepare pizzas and menu items per Domino's standards.
• Stretch dough, add toppings, cut and box finished products.
• Verify orders for accuracy before giving to customers or drivers.
• Handle cash and customer payments accurately.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Wash dishes and clean equipment.
• Restock ingredients, boxes, beverages, and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Work with urgency during busy periods.
• Support teammates to keep the store running smoothly.
