Job summary

Domino’s is hiring friendly, dependable Team Members to help create great food and customer experiences in our Alabama store. This entry-level, in-store role involves taking orders, preparing pizzas, assisting at front counter and pickup window, and keeping the store clean and stocked.

No prior pizza or restaurant experience is required; we’ll train you. You’ll work with a fast-paced team, learn food safety procedures, cash handling, and customer service, with flexible scheduling and part-time

Qualifications

• Must meet applicable minimum age requirements for employment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to use a computer, keyboard, touchscreen, and telephone.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Answer phones and provide helpful customer service.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to standards.
• Stretch dough, add toppings, cut and box finished products.
• Verify orders for accuracy before giving to customers or drivers.
• Handle cash and customer payments accurately.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Wash dishes and clean equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Restock ingredients, boxes, beverages, and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Work with a sense of urgency during busy periods.
• Support teammates wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly.
