Job summary

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill in Findlay, OH is seeking motivated candidates for part-time to full-time kitchen roles. You will prepare fresh dough, bake made-from-scratch pizzas, and operate pizza ovens in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old to apply.

• Ability to lead and take direction.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and baking made-from-scratch pizzas.
• Ensuring only quality finished products are served to our guests.
• Loading and unloading pizzas into and from the oven as needed.
• Following proper cutting, traying/boxing, and garnishing guidelines for each pizza size.
• Using proper portioning utensils and following recipes.
• Working cooperatively with other kitchen team members, servers, and management.
• Maintaining an overall clean environment.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with dough making, rolling, and prep as needed.
• Following all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols.
• Safe handling, use, and storage of sanitation and cleaning chemicals.

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! For this position, we are seeking part-time to full-time candidates to prepare fresh dough, made-from-scratch pizzas, and operate pizza ovens in a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and baking made-from-scratch pizzas
