Job summary

Domino's Line Cooks are responsible for preparing pizzas and other menu items to Domino's specifications while maintaining food safety and cleanliness. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with station teams and ensuring proper temperatures and portioning throughout each shift.

Preferred candidates have restaurant experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to read screens and memorize topping codes.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant experience is a plus
• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required
• Able to stand or walk for 8-10 hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed
• Know Domino's recipes and specs
• Check makeline and cut table for readiness at beginning of each shift
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units and bins
• Restock makeline bins and cabinets as business allows/needs
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of makeline and cut table
• Report any hazards and maintenance needs
