Job summary

Qualifications

• Be able to perform or learn to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Mental alertness/intelligence required to track order flow and manage baking schedule.
• Sufficient physical condition for lifting (up to 40 lbs), standing, and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Turn on equipment and review daily prep list to determine quantities.
• Prepare sauce and dough according to standard recipes and store properly.
• Read orders, assemble toppings, and place pizzas in the oven, ensuring proper bake.
• Open hours: coordinate preparation and timely delivery of ordered items.
• Check products for proper preparation and portioning; box for carryout or serve in dining room.
• Operate cash drawer and assist customers at front counter and phone orders.
• Restock prep areas during open hours and maintain clean work stations.
