Job summary

La Forchetta Ristorante e Pizzeria is hiring a pizza kitchen assistant to help the pizza maker and maintain a fast-paced station. You’ll perform prep, monitor the oven, and assist during busy service with a focus on speed and accuracy.

Candidates with prior experience are welcome, but training will be provided for the right person who shows reliability and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time, six-day-a-week role in Stuart, FL.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking person to assist pizza maker.
• Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• This is a 6-day-a-week position.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Pizza prep.
• Watching & working the pizza oven.
• Assisting the pizza maker during busy service.
• Keeping the pizza station stocked, clean & organized.
• Helping wherever needed to keep things moving.
