Marco’s Pizza in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver orders safely and courteously, assist with in-store tasks, and support the team to provide memorable guest experiences.

You will operate your own vehicle, meet state safety rules, handle orders accurately, and help with food prep and cleanliness. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and dependable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance; minimum two years of safe driving history.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a vehicle that meets company/state safety rules and presents a hospitable image to guests.
• Deliver orders safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Assist with store duties, including helping at the cut table.
• Support in-store operations such as dough prep, toppings prep, and food quality.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and kitchen.
• Follow food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
