Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Ohio is seeking a Pizza Delivery Driver who will deliver orders safely, efficiently, and with excellent guest service, while also assisting with in-store operations.

You will use your own vehicle, meet safety requirements, and join a friendly team that values hospitality, integrity, and community. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities to grow with the Marco’s family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least two years of safe driving history.
• Proof of liability insurance.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a vehicle that complies with safety requirements.
• Deliver orders safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Assist with in-store operations as needed.
• Assist in store operations such as preparing dough and toppings and maintaining food quality.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and kitchen.
• Follow food handling and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Manage time effectively in a busy restaurant environment.
