Marco’s Pizza is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to safely deliver orders and support in-store operations. You’ll work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring friendly guest experiences and upholding Marco’s hospitality standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with at least two years of safe driving history.
• Proof of liability insurance.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a vehicle that complies with all company and state safety requirements and presents a hospitable image to Guests.
• Deliver orders safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Assist with other duties at the store on an as needed basis, including assisting at the cut table.
• Assist in store operations such as preparing pizza dough, slicing/chopping toppings, and maintaining food quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
• Follow food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy restaurant environment.
