Job summary

Marco’s Franchising, LLC is seeking a Pizza Delivery Driver in Ohio to deliver orders safely and courteously while supporting in-store operations. You will operate a personal vehicle meeting safety standards and help ensure high-quality guest experiences delivered with Marco’s hospitality.

Responsibilities include dough prep assistance, maintaining cleanliness, and working with the team to meet fast-paced demands. 18+ with a clean driving record required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and up-to-date auto insurance.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least two years of safe driving history.
• Proof of liability insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reliable vehicle and present a hospitable image.
• Deliver orders safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Assist with in-store duties, including at the cut table.
• Assist in store operations such as dough prep and topping prep.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions.
• Maintain dining area and kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Follow food handling and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely food prep and delivery.
• Manage time effectively in a busy restaurant environment.
