Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in McLean, VA is seeking a delivery driver to join our team. You will deliver pizzas and other items to customers on assigned routes, inspect your vehicle, and maintain safe, timely delivery while upholding excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities include handling payments, coordinating with dispatch, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. Applicants must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with two years driving experience.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Have use of a properly maintained, licensed vehicle capable of driving up to 100 miles per day.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks and MVR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries of pizza and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.
• Inspect vehicle before deliveries.
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers.
• Handle currency and credit transactions accurately.
• Follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation.
• Build loyal customers through friendly interactions and appreciation.
• Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all quality standards and policies.
