Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries of pizza and other items to residential and commercial locations.
• Inspect vehicle before deliveries and ensure safe operation.
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Follow food safety, preparation and presentation procedures.
• Build loyal customers through friendly interactions.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Complete additional tasks as needed and assist with prep.
• Read order slips and prepare orders as specified, including multi-item orders.
• Keep work stations and display cases clean and stocked.
