Responsibilities

• Makes deliveries of pizza and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.
• Inspects vehicle before deliveries.
• Reviews deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
• Maintains high standards of customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Communicates clearly with management and team members.
• Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers.
• Maintains communication with store and dispatcher to prioritize routing.
• Handles currency and credit transactions accurately.
• Follows procedures for safe food preparation and presentation.
• Builds loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation.
• Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
• Takes initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
• Reads order slips or verbal instructions to prepare orders accurately.
