Job summary

Prairie Pizza in Charlotte, NC is looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Domino’s family. You’ll take phone orders, greet customers, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.

Responsibilities include accurate order taking, answering questions about our menu and promotions, resolving concerns, and working with a team to keep operations smooth. Must be 16+ and bring enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have a positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities
