Job summary

RPM Pizza in Alabama is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for our customers. You will take orders, keep the store clean, and ensure a welcoming experience that reflects the Domino’s brand.

Strong communication and basic math help resolve concerns with a positive attitude. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available in a team-oriented environment. Previous food-service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
