Job summary

RPM Pizza, a major Domino’s franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Louisiana. The CSR is the first contact for customers, delivering friendly service, taking orders, and upholding brand standards to create a welcoming experience.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, handling orders, basic math, and communications with customers while maintaining cleanliness and safety. RPM Pizza offers growth opportunities and training through RPM Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
