Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC is seeking a Crew Member in Indianapolis, IN to deliver friendly, efficient service and help prepare high-quality food. You may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or both, depending on needs.

You will assist with pizza assembly, baking, and order prep while maintaining strong food-safety practices in a fast-paced kitchen. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is desired.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests in person and by phone.
• Prepare food according to standards, including pizza assembly, baking, and order prep.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and cleanliness at all times.
• Operate point-of-sale systems as trained.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with restocking, prep work and cleaning duties.
• Adapt to different responsibilities during shifts as needed.
