Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a Crew Member in Lehi, UT to deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service and to assist with food preparation and kitchen duties. The role may involve front-of-house, back-of-house, or both depending on business needs.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred. Training is provided, and a positive team culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to guests in person and over the phone.
• Prepare food according to company standards, including pizza assembly, baking, and order preparation.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with restocking, prep work, and cleaning duties.
